DELIVERY OPTIONS
Most shipments arrive within 2-5 business days via UPS Ground.
SHIPPING FEES
For all orders totaling $57.99 or less, there is a flat $8.00 shipping fee. For all orders totaling $85.99 or less, there is a flat $5.00 shipping fee. For orders $86.00 and over, the shipping is free.
We are required by law to have an adult signature (21+) for every delivery. There is a $7.15 fee for this service per delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Per California law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of alcohol. If your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us at customersupport.california.niococktails.us, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
All shipments of alcohol must be received and signed for by an adult (21+). UPS will attempt 3 deliveries. Please make sure there is an adult present to receive the package.
CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDERS
Once your package has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
